Two of our Old Girls, Julie Moyle (nee Warrington) and Sonya Shanks (nee Kwok) are part of a group who have just launched A Star is Born, a trust which provides precious keepsakes for families who have lost a baby. Having each suffered the devastating experience of baby loss, these women saw a need for a trust to provide families with timeless and lasting keepsakes of their babies.
The service and products are provided at no cost to the bereaved families. Time is donated, products are sponsored and money is raised through various local businesses, individuals and charities. A Star Is Born volunteers are dedicated to providing a caring, empathetic and professional service.
